Methodology
How we turn data into what you see on screen. Expanded in each phase of the project.
- Results: normalised to a single format per territorial unit (national, region, province, municipality) with votes, share of valid votes and seats.
- Poll average: weighted by recency and sample size, excluding the CIS. Full details to be published.
- Seat projection: province-level simulation from the swing since 2023, with regional parties adjusted only within their territory. Full details to be published.
- Election night: every Interior Ministry update is converted to the same format and stored so the night can be replayed step by step.
The full polling and projection methodology will be published before those sections go live.
Legal notes
What the electoral law lets us publish, and when.
Poll blackout, LOREG article 69.7
Publishing, disseminating or reproducing electoral polls is banned during the five days before the vote. For this election, Su Momento will not publish or update polls, averages or seat projections from 24 November at 00:00 until 29 November at 20:00 mainland time. During that period the affected pages show a dated notice.
Exit polls
They may only be published after the polling stations close, at 20:00 mainland time on 29 November. In the Canary Islands polling stations close at 20:00 local time, 21:00 on the mainland.
Neutrality
Su Momento is not linked to any party, candidate or institution. Party names and colours are the ones the parties use themselves. We do not editorialise; we show data and its source.
